Chit-Chat #4

Dear all ♥
Thanks for rejoining me, and if you are new here thank you for giving me a chance.
I introduced the fourth post of the chit-chat series with this sentence to express today’s topic. Gratitude. We often forget how valuable our life and all the people and things around us are. Nothing should be taken for granted. What you have now, maybe something others are wishing for every day. So, how can gratitude make your life better? Gratitude turns what we have into enough. It’s as simple as that. Learn to be thankful for what you already have, while you pursue all that you want.
I challenge you with this blog post to think of three specific things you are grateful for, every day. (Always three new examples. haha) You can write this down in a journal or just think about it while having your morning coffee. I got this Idea from „The five-minute journal“ by Mimi Ikonn and Alex Ikonn. (I’m not paid to advertise this journal. I personally think that it’s a great tool.). I admit I don’t really do this every single day, but even when I don’t find the time to write it down, I try to consciously think about it during the day. It is life changing. It made me much happier even on sad days. As soon as you start to appreciate all the little things in your life, you will feel satisfaction. So without further ado, take a piece of paper and a pen and write down three things you are grateful for!
Even though this post is a bit short, I’m sure that you got the idea. I hope you liked it. Please keep sharing your thoughts and questions with me. I’d love to have a discussion with you! If you have any Ideas for future chit-chat posts, just let me know via comments, mail or Instagram dms. Now I wish you all a nice week and enjoy your evening.
Thanks for reading ♥
