During warm times all of a sudden you start to smell Cinnamon more often. Even though many recipes may include Cinnamon, most people associate Cinnamon with colder months and especially Christmas. A reason, why we use Cinnamon more often, can be its power to fight colds. However. This is not the only benefit, which this spice brings along. Cinnamon is a common spice.
